While traveling my tire pressure starting reading low. Stopped in and the guys were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and willing to get me back on the road quickly. Luckily it was an easy solution and they sent me on my way without charge! My trip continues with high confidence! Thanks so much!!
My experience at Big O tires in Novato was top-notch.
The level of personal care from Jorge and his crew was amazing! I pulled up, and Jorge met me at my car, anticipating that I was there to get help with my car. I know that sounds small, but it wasn’t.
He was gracious, accommodating, very friendly and just knew how to take charge in the most polite manner possible. As we walked to the office, he engendered a level of confidence that made me know I came to the right place.
As soon as I came into the office, Jonathan was at the ready at the counter to check me in. He too showed a level of care and quality that made me feel like I made the right choice coming there. For some of us, like me, any issue with a car makes me feel emotional.
While I was there, there were two other employees I interacted with who I sadly did not get the names of. It was a woman and a man, and we made jokes about “brodies” and old-school terms. We were all just laughing.
Then seeing Jorge’s cool car collection in the display case at the front was so awesome, as well the other stuff that Jorge did to make me laugh. The whole experience felt like I was hanging out with friends/family. That is rare these days. People are so caught up in the stress of life that sometimes just the simple things like making a person feel like they belong or that they matter means everything.
Believe it or not Big O Tires did just that. This is no exaggeration. When I came home, I had to tell my son about my experience because it was upbuilding. I told him I had a great time. Who has a great time getting their tire replaced? But I did because of Jorge, Jonathan, the man and woman in the office, and I give full gratitude to whoever worked on my car who I never had opportunity to meet.

Jony and his crew are the absolute best. We take all our cars to their shop for tires and related suspension work. Professional, honest, and great guys to work with and I highly recommend them to all my friends and family!
Prompt service. Had an appointment for a tire rotation. Super personable, everyone was friendly and seemed to like being there. They laughed at my jokes, so, 5 stars. Seriously, I feel like every time I go somewhere for a tire rotation they tell me I need new tires, they did not. Said all was well. Looking forward to going back.
I cannot say enough good things about this place.
I was driving out of town with my kids when my brand-new 2025 Kia suddenly started acting crazy. I pulled over on the highway and discovered I had a flat tire. Because we were on the highway, I couldn’t safely get my kids out of the car, so I used Fix-a-Flat and managed to get back on the road.
Except then my car started shaking aggressively.
I drove 15 miles at a painfully slow speed to the local Kia dealership, only to find out they were closed. I called multiple tire shops. Closed. Closed. Closed.
Then I called Big O Tires.
They were already closing, but the guy on the phone said:
“Hey, can you get here? We’ll see what we can do.”
THAT SENTENCE. ❤️
I drove the three miles to Big O, and they immediately looked at my car. Ten minutes past closing. They couldn’t repair the tire, but instead of sending a stressed-out mom with her kids back onto the road, they put a brand-new tire on my car within minutes.
They had stayed 45 MINUTES PAST CLOSING to help us.
They absolutely did not have to do that.
They could have said, “Sorry, we’re closed.” They could have sent us somewhere else. Instead, they saw a family who needed help and helped.
When you’re stranded on the highway with your kids, every closed business feels like another dead end. Having someone finally say, “Come here. We’ll see what we can do,” was honestly such a relief.
Big O Tires, thank you. Seriously.
You didn’t just change a tire. You got my kids and me safely back on the road when we were scared, stressed, and running out of options.
