If you’re searching to purchase used or new, ask for the specialist Hugh! He sold me a brand new Tundra Limited. His knowledge about the vehicle was excellent and I felt no pressure. His team was outstanding as well. Shout out to Sonny for keeping his word for a part I ordered and hand delivering it to my front door. Thank you! And another shout out to Jose with financing who walked me through on what warranty plan worked best for me. Again, no pressure from the Novato Team. If you’re looking for an easy going experience window shopping or purchasing a vehicle, come to Novato Toyota!
Another Satisfied Toyota Owner! 🙂
10/10 Ebin helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I told him I wanted a used RAV4, and he showed me several options. There was one in particular that I really liked, so I took it for a test drive and loved it.A couple of days later, I came back to purchase it, and Ebin had everything ready when I arrived at the dealership. He explained the entire process clearly and helped me get a great monthly payment. If you’re looking for a car, go ask for Ebin! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Such a great experience. Easy from start to finish. King Chong was great to work with. Highly recommend buying your next vehicle here. Excellent service, great pricing and so many vehicles to choose from. Excited to start enjoying my new KIA Niro Hybrid!
I had an excellent experience buying our new car from Novato Toyota. I worked with King by email and received their best price upfront. Before making the drive, I confirmed the car was on the lot and let them know I was on my way.
When I arrived, the experience was exactly what you hope for when buying a car. There was zero wait. Travis immediately greeted me by name, the car was detailed and ready, and I was able to take it straight out for a test drive.
The price King gave me by email was honored without any hassle. No surprise add-ons, no games.
Travis was great throughout the process and spent the most time helping me. King was very responsive via email and made the process easy from the start. Chris in finance was polished and knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and answered my questions without pressure.
The overall process took some time because of approvals and paperwork, but there was no endless back and forth over the price or dealership games. I ended up with exactly the car I wanted, essentially brand new with only 5 miles on it before my test drive, at a price I was happy with.
Big thanks to Travis, King, and Chris. If you're shopping for a Toyota, I'd absolutely recommend stopping by Novato Toyota.
I purchased a 2026 Toyota Camry XSE with the help of Ebin Gramajo. The transaction was low pressure and he let me decide at my pace, which was really appreciated. He listened to my feedback and respected my needs, providing me with a range of options that worked for me. I never felt upsold for things I didn’t need and he made himself available based on my schedule, even offering to come in on his day off so I could test drive more cars. I felt valued as a customer. This is my second car purchased from Novato Toyota and I’ll keep coming back. Thanks Ebin!
