Before making the drive, I confirmed the car was on the lot and let them know I was on my way.\n\nWhen I arrived, the experience was exactly what you hope for when buying a car. There was zero wait. Travis immediately greeted me by name, the car was detailed and ready, and I was able to take it straight out for a test drive.\n\nThe price King gave me by email was honored without any hassle. No surprise add-ons, no games.\n\nTravis was great throughout the process and spent the most time helping me. King was very responsive via email and made the process easy from the start. Chris in finance was polished and knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and answered my questions without pressure.\n\nThe overall process took some time because of approvals and paperwork, but there was no endless back and forth over the price or dealership games. I ended up with exactly the car I wanted, essentially brand new with only 5 miles on it before my test drive, at a price I was happy with.\n\nBig thanks to Travis, King, and Chris. If you're shopping for a Toyota, I'd absolutely recommend stopping by Novato Toyota.",
