Privacy
What we collect
What you send us: an inquiry from a form on this site, a text to the line on this site, and, once you are a client, the messages, calendar entries, orders and records you connect so the assistant can act on them.
What we do with it
Answer you, run the services you bought, and keep a record of every action the system takes on your behalf. The records show who sent what to whom and when; message bodies are kept in your own accounts and are not published.
What we never do
Sell it. Message anyone who did not contact you or transact with you. Buy lists. Keep a copy of your life in a product you cannot leave.
Opt-out
Every thread the system sends carries an opt-out. “Stop” is honoured immediately and recorded.
Retention and leaving
When you stop working with us you keep your number, your logins, the assistant's configuration and the ledger. We delete our copies of your connected data within 30 days of your request.
Third parties
The services run on infrastructure from Apple, Meta, Cloudflare, Stripe and the model providers named on this site. Each has its own terms; none of them is affiliated with us.
Terms
The services
Systems design, build work and monthly retainers as described on the page you bought them from. Build fees are one-off. Retainers are month to month with 30 days' written notice, by text or email.
Your part
You are responsible for the rules you set for the assistant, for the accuracy of the prices and hours it may quote, and for having the right to message the people it messages. We help you set all of these and we refuse configurations that would break messaging law.
Platforms
iMessage, WhatsApp and the ad networks are run by other companies and change their rules. We work within them, tell you when they change, and keep a fallback ready, but we cannot guarantee any platform's behaviour.
Money
Invoices are due on receipt. Media spend is paid by you to the network directly. Third-party per-message and per-conversation fees are billed at cost.
Limits
Our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before a claim. We do not give legal, tax or financial advice.
