Never been a customer, but I love that they do not charge extra for withdrawal from my BOM account at their convenient ATM machine. If anything ever changed at my own bank, I would move to USA bank.

We had just signed papers on the purchase of our house and I raced over to this branch to make a wire transfer payment. I arrived ten minutes before closing time and felt like I was doing well time-wise. When I walked in there was absolutely no one at the teller's windows and it took a few moments to find someone in one of the offices. He told me he would get someone and went into the back. Well, I waited and waited and now it was five minutes until closing. The woman (Adrienne? Begins with an "A") finally came out and she asked me what I needed. When I told her I wanted to do a wire transfer, she literally rolled her eyes and, obviously annoyed, she directed me to her desk. It was so obvious that she felt put out and so I pointed out that I had been standing there for five minutes waiting and waiting. Rather poor customer service!

Recently sold our car and the dealership issued us a check that we weren’t sure we would be able to cash all at once. We called this branch ahead of time to verify if they could accommodate the request and were told by a friendly gal that confirmed yes, they could cash it and told us what to bring to do it. We get to the branch, a man took over and told us we had to go to our own bank to try to negotiate the check or they could get us the money in a week which is not bad but overall got the impression that he did not want to provide the service to us the employee already confirmed was possible on the phone. Super disappointed with this branch.
