Unfortunately, my recent experience at Four Seasons Casablanca was extremely disappointing, particularly when it came to the welcome and overall quality of service. From the moment I arrived, I noticed that some of the tables were not properly clean, which is particularly surprising for a hotel of this standard. However, what disappointed me the most was the attitude of some members of the staff, especially the customer service team. The lack of courtesy, professionalism, and respect was simply not what one would expect from a five-star hotel. The valet service was an even worse experience. The attitude of the staff was particularly unpleasant and lacked basic courtesy and professionalism. What makes this experience even more disappointing is that I had visited the hotel in 2019 and had a completely different impression. At that time, the welcome, service, and attention to guests were truly worthy of the Four Seasons standard. Today, unfortunately, the difference is striking. The experience I had no longer reflects the level of service I previously associated with this hotel. It is genuinely disappointing to see such a decline in the quality of service. After this experience, this will most likely be my last visit to Four Seasons Casablanca.

Exceptional hotel. We love coming here, now on our third visit and we will continue. Amazing service, great food, super clean, great amenities. Great activities for the kids summer time too. The staff is super friendly and attentive. From the minute you pull up to the valet, to the greetings by the front desk and concierge, and all of the staff across every area. Thanks to everyone for always making us feel welcome.

We recently stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca and had a wonderful overall experience. One of the most important things for me when traveling is cleanliness, and our room was exceptionally clean and well maintained throughout our stay. The views were absolutely beautiful and made the experience even more memorable. The staff across the hotel were consistently warm, welcoming, and friendly. We especially enjoyed dining at Mint, the restaurant in the hotel. The lady manager there was incredibly accommodating, and our server, Amine, went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Their hospitality truly stood out and made our dining experience special. We also dined at Bleu, another restaurant at the hotel. There was initially some confusion because during check-in, the front desk representative did not explain that the restaurant operated as a buffet-only experience. We had believed it would be à la carte, which significantly changed the pricing expectation. Once we realized the misunderstanding and explained the situation, the manager at Bleu handled it very professionally and kindly accommodated us by comping our meal on our last day, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, despite the minor misunderstanding, we had a very positive experience and were impressed by the hotel’s service, cleanliness, beautiful atmosphere, and the staff’s willingness to make things right. We would gladly stay here again.

As family of four we stayed 2 nights over two rooms. We asked for our rooms to be close at reservation. They could not arrange but Mrs Samiya was very helpful to accommodate us. Also Yasmine at reception was very welcoming. Hotel is very well placed and is isolated from crowd of the city without being far. Rooms are very comfortable (bed, pillows, bathroom...). Pool is heated and enjoyable. We ate at both restaurants. At Kyub very good food plus Kyub's' team is exceptionally good. Public beach in front of the hotel is beautiful and accessible from the hotel but it's a pity that it's not clean (which is not hotel's) Garden to reach pool and Kyub is beautiful. We asked for taxi tour, Mohammad was great who also drove us to the airport at departure. Negative, Seaview is limited compared to the images.

This hotel is one of the best I’ve been to! Best view, the atmosphere is magical, and the staff is very professional and courteous! We had an amazing experience thanks to Meryem at Mint restaurant! Thank you guys we will come back 😊
