    "text": "Normally, I have a great experience at this Safeway, and most staff are fantastic. But today, one lady was extremely rude. After I requested cashback, she yelled at me in front of my family, saying, 'Why don’t you read the sign? You need to read the sign!' Even worse, she had been yelling at another customer she was helping before me. The technician was surprised, too. This was really out of character, and I hope the management addresses this.",
