"text": "If I could give negative stars, they deserve negative stars. I bought a gift card and proceeded to open the card there at the register and download it to my account. I could not read the claim code and showed the cashier the illegible claim code. He called his manager and his manager told me he couldnt help me cause they cant do returns on gift cards. I told them I didnt want a refund just a new card with a good claim code. I just paid these guys $50 just a minute ago and they said it was a problem i had to take up with customer service. As a retailer for amazon gift cards dont they have an obligation to make sure the products they sell for amazon works and not just tell me go call customer service. Poor customer service and a I dont care attitude is what I experienced at the novato CVS. I will never go back",
