Right off the rip the lady at the front desk was argumentative and not helpful, and that did not change through the whole stay. It’s right next to a bus / train station which woke me up repeatedly at night. Several lights and outlets in the room did not work. I confirmed late check out our last day but then was locked out of our room with our stuff inside. Staff were less than helpful with the issue and blamed me for needing late check out like it was so ridiculous. Just a bad experience overall.",
