From the moment I walked in, they were both welcoming, friendly, and eager to help.\n\nBraden helped me through the entire process of creating my business cards, from getting everything started to making sure the final product came out exactly how I wanted. He made the process smooth and stress-free, and the quality of the business cards was outstanding—the best quality I’ve ever received. They were even better than the business cards I’ve gotten from other competitors.\n\nThis experience was also much better than the service I previously received at the San Rafael Staples, where Tony tried to help but ended up wasting a lot of my time without resolving what I needed. Randy and Braden, on the other hand, were knowledgeable, efficient, and made sure everything was done right the first time.\n\nOverall, Randy and Braden provided exceptional customer service and exceeded my expectations. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to help are the reason I’ll continue coming back.
