Last year it was great. This year i went in to ask about the status - almost 2 weeks after leaving. An office gal took my tel number said she’d call. 4-5 days —-no call. I called - and after 10 minutes on hold said it came in late (april 26 at 11:00 am) and the gal asked if i want to request an extension. Wouldn’t you think they could notify me about this vs My persistence?
