    "text": "Clean old rooms. No mold in the bathroom. Bed n mattress firm. Sliding glass door for fresh air with tiny balcony. Pool is clean and decent size. Hot tub worked perfectly at 15 minutes intervals via timer. Tiny continental breakfast nook. Couple great eaters within ~2 miles.  Convenient to the highway and there is vehicle noise from it. A live train track is right there. Saw one Amtrak it was quiet unknown if freight trains whistle by.",
