- The first time I came here, I was extremely disappointed. I needed to print just one page—something I usually do at FedEx for $0.22. I was expecting a similar price, but to my surprise, I was charged $5.21 without any prior notice of the cost. I asked for a refund, as the pricing felt completely unreasonable. The cashier, Juan, said he couldn’t issue a refund but took my contact information and mentioned the manager would review my request on Monday. However, I never received a call, any follow-up, or a refund. Avoid printing anything here - go to FedEx!
