- I decided to install solar last spring and noticed SolarCraft was working at my neighbor's house. He recommended them highly, mentioning that his sales rep even helped him find a roofer before the solar install could start. Taylor was my sales rep and he made a great first impression. He was knowledgeable as well as personable and walked me through the process to know what to expect. When the install was running late, all of a sudden I was on the schedule!! The install went very well, and the guys on the job were efficient and considerate. PG&E was slammed with all the projects going through, and created their own delays, but the team at SolarCraft did their best to keep things on track. Recently Taylor reached out to explain the summer settings and how to navigate the app etc. He also offered to be available going forward if necessary. This after-sales support is rare these days and I greatly appreciated it. I'm glad I chose SolarCraft and hope you will consider them for your project as well.
