The employees are stellar, responsive and want to do right by the customers, but they have no authority to do so, and have no say over high fees, and corporate values of this bank. Since Umpqua purchased Circle Bank, all fees have gone up, services are going down. Our company banked happily and harmoniously with Circle Bank for many many years before they were purchases by Umpqua. Kudos go to the staff from Circle Bank, who treated us so well for so many years. And condolences to them, that they now have to walk the party line. Can't be fun to work in that kind of environment. Pulling my money out of there today!!!
