If you've never had a hot tub in your life, you'll need education after installation. They not only gave us a 1 hour training session but answered all of my follow-up phone calls and continued to advise me.\n\nIf you live anywhere in the bay area, buy a hot tub here. If i could give 1000 stars I would.",
