Jim is great to work with. The tubs last forever and the service is amazing. I needed minor service after 10 years and they show up within hours of calling. I’ve bought 2 tubs at 2 different homes and they have been great to work with over many years. Highly recommend

Just purchased my second spa from Jim Henderson and company and they are simply the best in the business. Their product and industry knowledge is top notch and they provide fair prices and excellent service. Special shout out to James and Katrece who do all the heavy lifting (literally) and do an excellent job manage service, delivery, installation and support. If you need a tub in Marin these guys are the best!

Bought a new Caldera from the good people here and had a great experience. The showroom, while not modern, has a ton of different models to take a look at and they can order just about anything. The owner and his team are really spa experts and were very helpful in getting me to the right product for us. Pricing was very competitive but where they really shine is on the delivery and support. The owner came out to inspect the site TWICE before it was delivered and then again with the delivery. Real pros when it came to getting us set up and gave us a great demo of the product and maintenance techniques. Was just delivered so can’t speak to long term support, but I have every expectation they’ll continue to go above and beyond. I’m so glad we didn’t go through Costco for this purchase and I love Costco. Spas are more complex than I remember and Jim and team ensured everything went like clockwork.

We purchased a hot tub about a month ago from Jim/James. We vetted several companies and we're SO HAPPY we went with Jim/James. The post-sale service has been exceptional. If you've never had a hot tub in your life, you'll need education after installation. They not only gave us a 1 hour training session but answered all of my follow-up phone calls and continued to advise me. If you live anywhere in the bay area, buy a hot tub here. If i could give 1000 stars I would.

This is a remarkable company that has been in business for decades, run by a father and son team. Father Jim does the sales and runs the showroom while son James does the field/service work. They have vast and detailed knowledge and experience in the field, and are amazingly ethical and honest with their information, happily explaining everything and answering any questions with complete candor. Absolutely no effort to upsell, in fact their emphasis is on saving the customer money while making sure they get the product that’s right for them and passing along useful knowledge that would be known only to insiders. Anyone would be crazy to use any other source for spa purchase or service. I just had James replace the original pump and do other supplemental service and repair on a 15 year-old hot tub I bought from someone else long before I learned of this company. I was amazed—the whole experience turned out to be a real pleasure because of the quality of the work, his great attitude and easy-going nature, the speed of both scheduling and performing the work, and the very reasonable cost. He went out of his way to answer all of my many questions in detail, and with a smile. I simply can’t recommend this rare company highly enough. It’s the way all such companies should be run and so few are.
