- I went to Boca last night with my aunt and uncle after seeing a ton of great reviews about the braised beef pappardelle, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The pasta was perfectly al dente, loaded with rich, deep flavor, and finished with just the right amount of Parmesan on top. Truly outstanding. We started with the clams, and those were another hit…super flavorful, fresh, and the broth was so good I honestly wanted to drink it. Great food, great execution, and a really solid experience overall. I’d definitely come back.
