    "text": "I ordered a couple pints online and unfortunately they didn’t have them in stock when I went there. The two young men helping me were very kind and professional. They offered me alternatives but I honestly only wanted what I ordered. It was difficult to get a refund but that’s not their fault it’s just the way baskin Robbin’s is set up. Staff is always super friendly. Wish there was some way to know when they don’t have a flavor since the website doesn’t match their inventory.",
