    "text": "The Boardroom is quite the find.  We were staying overnight at a nearby hotel and were intrigued by the restaurant and reviews were solid so we gave it a try.  As others have mentioned it's in a somewhat non-descript strip center but when you enter it's another world, dark and intimate with period decor and a live piano player on Saturday when we dined.  The food was fantastic, my wife had the brined and smoked pork chop and I selected the Salmon, both were excellent. They had a smore vegan tart desert which was delicious.  Drinks were also good but as some others have mentioned they were a little slow to come out but they made it right.  Highly recommended!",
