    "text": "I have rented apartments for the past ten years in several different locations in Northern California. This is the most distant, unhelpful, and confusing rental company I have ever dealt with. The company seems as though it is run by a couple who hire the least amount of help possible to maximize their personal profits. It results in awful communication and services, to the detriment of both parties. They seem incredibly unhappy, and I can confirm that their tenants are as well. I understand the necessity of needing a place to live, but to add to the cacophony of other former residents voicing their displeasure, I would ask you to reconsider engaging with this business. Awful experience.",
