- Yesterday I visited this place and ordered two burritos. While I was ordering, the woman behind the counter asked me “what are you going to drink?” instead of asking if I actually wanted a drink. I ended up ordering two small Cokes. However, when I checked the receipt, I discovered that she had charged me for three medium-sized Cokes instead, which are larger and more expensive than the regular small ones. The total for those drinks alone came out to $16, which is completely unreasonable. I also noticed that they added extra charges for sour cream, even though I specifically told her no sour cream on either burrito. What made the situation even more suspicious is that she did not intend to give me the receipt. I had to specifically ask for it. After seeing the receipt, it became clear that the order had been entered incorrectly. In the end, I paid $54 for two burritos and two Cokes to go, which is completely irrational and unacceptable for such a simple order. At this point, it is hard not to believe that this was done intentionally. This is not about $5 or $10 — it’s about basic honesty and fair treatment of customers. I am sharing this experience so other people pay close attention to what they are being charged. I still have the receipt as proof
