"text": "I am a refugee from Ukraine with a 6 year old daughter. Through volunteers, we were settled in Giliad House - where I had to go through real HELL!!! This is the scariest experience of my life! In Giliad House itself, for almost 3 weeks of our stay there, my daughter and I faced: aggression, humiliation, contempt, insult. My 6-year-old child was called names and even pushed at Giliad House (I even had to wait for the police at 11 at night on the street). After this incident, we were actually kicked out on the street without further help to find another place for us! I was intimidated and threatened so that I would not carry our terrible story to the masses !!! The director of Giliad House did not provide us with other accommodation and ignored our requests for any help.",
