    "text": "I stayed in room 103. The room in general was nice and quiet but there were some issues. First, the bed was so hard it felt like I was sleeping on a concrete slab. The pillows were so lumpy it felt like sleeping on a sack of rocks. Needless to say, I didn't sleep much in the 8 nights I was there. The shower is super slippery and there are no grab bars. The shower head is ancient and doesn't work well. I read a review from Oct. 2023 that also complained about the bed and pillows in room 103. Management said they would fix those issues...they didn't. Other than that, the rates are good and my room was clean and quiet.",
