    "text": "We stopped by Pet Food Express on Diablo Avenue looking for a specific dog food for our finicky puppy, and while we couldn’t find it on the shelves after a few minutes of searching, the experience turned out to be a great one. A friendly gentleman who had warmly greeted us at the door immediately came over to help, checked the racks himself, and confirmed it was out of stock. Rather than just leaving it at that, he offered to call another nearby location to see if they had it available.\n\nHe asked us to wait while he personally called to confirm inventory so we wouldn’t waste a trip, and once he verified they had it, he even asked them to hold a bag for us until we arrived. That level of follow-through and genuine care is rare. The store itself was clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate, but what really stood out was the customer service. It was thoughtful, proactive, and exactly the kind of experience that earns repeat customers.",
