    "text": "I’ve been a Dasher for about seven years with over 10,000 deliveries, so I know how things usually go. Today, at Taco Bell, I got a notification that the order was ready. When I arrived, they said the dessert wasn’t available and asked me to call the customer. After I did, she texted me saying I could choose another dessert. However, the manager was incredibly rude. He demanded I show him the text message, said he had his own rules, and forced me to confirm right in front of him. I’ve never been treated like this. Normally, Dashers are trusted, but this was really a bad experience.",
