What a fleet batch run is and when it counts as done.
A fleet batch run is a set of article tasks created from one instruction and executed by coding agents.
The Task agent creates the tasks. Each coding agent takes one task, writes one article through the article tool, and files evidence on its task row.
The batch is done when every article reads back live and every task row reads done.
