The system behind every service
What the software behind the services is, what it records, where it runs, and how your own software can connect to it.What does this site sell?
Services for businesses, all run by the same software, which this site calls the system. The services are: an AI assistant that answers text messages sent to your business number, as iMessage (blue bubbles on iPhones) or on WhatsApp; ads, and the images and videos for them; finding potential customers (leads), writing to them and following up; and jobs done on your iPhone, your Mac, a web browser and computers in the cloud. There are also versions set up for realtors, restaurants and home-services businesses. Each business gets its own separate installation of the system, used by that business alone.
What is the Directory?
A table in which each row is one action the system can run: for example, send an iMessage, create a Meta ad campaign, take a screenshot of a Mac, or read a Google Calendar. Each row stores how the action runs and every way to call it. If an action is not a row in the Directory, the system cannot do it. Right now the Directory has 1,335 rows.
Why does dispatch matter to my business?
Dispatch is the one web address that runs every action, so you connect once, instead of building a separate connection for every tool. Your staff, your AI models, your spreadsheets and your phone all use the same actions with the same permissions. Switching to a different AI model or vendor does not mean rebuilding anything. Any action can be switched off in one place. And every action is recorded the same way.
Why does the Ledger matter to my business?
The Ledger is the full record of every request and response. With it, you can see exactly what was sent, to whom, when, and by which AI model. A dispute can be settled with the record instead of from memory. You can check what an AI did before trusting it with more. You can compare AI models on cost and results using the record. Nothing is silently changed, and refused requests are visible.
What limits what the system may do?
The permissions you set for each action: what information the AI assistant may read (your calendar, your messages, prices you approved), what it may do, whom it may reply to, and limits such as an amount or a time window. A request outside the limits is refused, and the refusal is written to the Ledger, the record of every request and response.
Can I use Claude, ChatGPT or another AI model with it?
Yes. Any AI model that can call tools, including Claude, ChatGPT, Grok and Gemini, can run the actions in the Directory (the table of every action the system can run), through MCP (Model Context Protocol, the standard way AI apps connect to outside tools) or through function calling (a feature that lets an AI model ask a program to run a named action with given inputs). Every model gets the same actions and the same permissions, and what each one did is written to the same Ledger (the record of every request and response), so models can be compared on cost and results. Changing AI model does not mean rebuilding anything. So far the Ledger has recorded 37 different AI models.
What are the AI agents?
7 separate programs running on Cloudflare, each running an AI model with its own Directory (its table of actions) and its own Ledger (its record of every request and response). You give one a task by typing it into a row of a shared spreadsheet; it does the work and writes its answer in the next column. A task is closed only when it has a real answer.
What is the AI assistant, and what does it do?
An AI model (software that reads text and writes a reply, such as Claude or ChatGPT) that reads and answers the messages sent to your number. It follows the permissions you set: what it may read, what it may do, and whom it may reply to. When someone asks, it says it is an AI assistant.
What is dispatch?
One web address that runs any row of the Directory (the table of every action the system can run). A program, an AI model, a spreadsheet cell, an iPhone Shortcut (an automation made in Apple’s Shortcuts app) or a person sends it the name of an action and the inputs for it. Dispatch looks the action up, checks the permissions, runs it on the right computer, sends back the result, and writes an entry in the Ledger (the record of every request and response). A request can reach it in 26 different ways.
What is the Ledger?
A database table that stores every request and every response the system handles, in order and in full. Requests that were refused are stored too. Each entry includes a fingerprint of the entry before it: a SHA-256 hash, which is a short code calculated from the exact contents of an entry and which changes completely if even one character changes. So if an entry is changed afterwards, the change can be detected. Right now the Ledger holds 298,787 entries.
Where do the actions actually run?
On real computers, depending on the action: Cloudflare’s servers, which are always on; your Mac, through a small program running on it; your iPhone, through Apple Shortcuts; a Chrome or Safari browser signed in to your own accounts; Android phones rented in a data centre, for apps that only work on a phone; and Mac virtual machines (a Mac that runs as software on another computer).
Can my own software use the system (API, CLI, MCP, webhooks, tokens)?
Yes. Every action in the Directory (the table of every action the system can run) can be called from outside. Every call goes through dispatch, the one web address that runs those actions, so the same permissions apply and every call is written to the Ledger, the record of every request and response. The ways in include: an API (application programming interface: a web address your software sends requests to and gets answers back from; here, an HTTP POST of {"key": "<action name>", "args": {…}}); a CLI (command-line interface: a program you type commands into in a terminal window); MCP (Model Context Protocol, the standard way AI apps connect to outside tools); a webhook (a web address that another program sends a message to when something happens on its side); a spreadsheet cell; an iPhone Shortcut; and a link. Access is given with a token: a secret code sent with each request that identifies who is calling. A token can be issued for one task, with a limit and an expiry, after which it stops working.
What is my installation, and what do I keep if I stop?
Each business gets a separate copy of the software, with its own servers, database, keys (the secret codes it uses to sign in to other services), phone number and AI assistant. Nothing is shared with another business. If you stop, you keep the number, the logins, the assistant’s settings and the Ledger, which is the record of every request and response.

iMessage line
Customers text your existing business number and get iMessage replies (blue bubbles on iPhones) from an AI assistant that follows the permissions you set.Can any number be used?
Most numbers on a mobile carrier can. Many hosted VoIP lines and some ported numbers cannot complete Apple's verification. We check on the first call and tell you before you commit. Where it cannot be done, a dedicated line works the same way for everything except the old thread history.
Is this sanctioned by Apple?
iMessage is Apple's product and we use Apple's standard device verification to register the line. Apple can deregister an identity; when that happens we re-verify with you, and the dedicated line is the fallback so your customers are never unanswered. We are not affiliated with Apple.
Do my customers know they are talking to an assistant?
When they ask, yes, and it hands to you the moment it should. Pretending otherwise gets found out on the first visit and costs you the job.
What happens to my phone?
Nothing. Your phone keeps ringing, texting and receiving exactly as before. The registration adds an iMessage identity for the number on hardware we operate; it does not move your number anywhere.
What about Android customers?
They get the same thread over RCS where their carrier supports it, otherwise SMS. The assistant replies the same way; the Ledger entry shows which one was used.
What do I keep if we stop?
The number, the threads, the assistant's configuration, the integrations and the whole Ledger of what was sent.

WhatsApp Business
Set up the way Meta requires, and used only to reply to people who have already written to you.Can I use the number I already have on personal WhatsApp?
Not at the same time. A number belongs to one WhatsApp account. Moving it to the business platform deletes the personal account's chats. We check before anything is done and usually recommend a dedicated number for the business line.
Why warm only?
Cold WhatsApp messages get reported, reports lower the quality rating, and a low rating throttles the number. Warm follow-up keeps the rating high and the line useful for years.
Can customers abroad use it?
Yes; that is the point of the channel. The assistant answers in their language and Meta's fee varies by country, shown at cost.
How long does verification take?
Meta usually answers within a few business days. The line can message before verification, at a lower daily limit for new conversations.
Do I need to keep a phone on?
No. The Cloud API runs on Meta's side. There is no phone to charge and no app that logs out.

For realtors
Portal leads answered from your own number in under a minute, and the review asked at closing.Does it talk to my leads as me?
It replies from your number, in your voice, within the permissions you set, and says it is an assistant when someone asks. It books showings; it does not negotiate, quote commission or give legal advice. Those hand to you.
Is the review ask compliant?
It asks everyone who closed, does not gate by rating, and never offers anything for a review. Under-four responses are routed to you and not posted anywhere.
Which portals?
Any that email or text you the lead. The email is read, the lead becomes a row, and the first reply goes out from your number. If a portal has an API we connect it directly.
What about my brokerage's rules?
Send them. The assistant's rules are yours to set, and the transcript of every message is on the ledger for your broker to read.

For restaurants
Missed calls become tables. Reviews asked after the meal. Regulars won back.Does it take reservations?
It books into the slots you opened, sends the confirmation and the day-of reminder, and hands to the host for anything outside the rules: large parties, special requests, walk-in waits.
Is the review ask allowed?
Everyone who dined is asked, nobody is gated by rating, and nothing is offered for a review. Under-four responses go to you and are not posted.
Where do the regulars come from?
Your reservation system and your POS, if they export; otherwise the list you already have. One row per guest, nothing purchased.
Multiple locations?
One line per location, one assistant with per-location hours and menus, one sheet for all of them.
