B · A dedicated line
A new number we provision, live today.
For a second line, for a location, or when your own number cannot pass verification. It runs on managed infrastructure, sends unlimited threads, and carries the same assistant and the same rules. If you later move to your own number, the history comes with you.

When to choose it
Choose a new number for a second line, for one location, or when your own number cannot be verified.
A second line
A separate number for a new service, a campaign or a team, answered by the same AI assistant with the same permissions as your main line.
One line per location
Each location gets its own local number. One AI assistant answers all of them, using each location’s own opening hours.
When your own number cannot be verified
Some internet phone lines and some numbers moved from another carrier cannot complete Apple’s check. A new number works the same way, except that the old conversation history stays on your old number.

Questions
Can any number be used?
Most numbers on a mobile carrier can. Many hosted VoIP lines and some ported numbers cannot complete Apple's verification. We check on the first call and tell you before you commit. Where it cannot be done, a dedicated line works the same way for everything except the old thread history.
What do I keep if we stop?
The number, the threads, the assistant's configuration, the integrations and the whole Ledger of what was sent.
Is this sanctioned by Apple?
iMessage is Apple's product and we use Apple's standard device verification to register the line. Apple can deregister an identity; when that happens we re-verify with you, and the dedicated line is the fallback so your customers are never unanswered. We are not affiliated with Apple.
More about the iMessage line
An iMessage line on the phone number your business already uses, answered by an AI assistant.
Customers text your existing business number and get iMessage replies (blue bubbles on iPhones) from an AI assistant that follows the permissions you set.
The number you already advertise becomes an iMessage identity.
Nothing changes on your phone.
