You are on a roof
An illustration. The business and the customer are made up.

The ad works, the phone rings, you are on a roof. The lead calls the next name. A text from your number in 60 seconds is the cheapest fix in the chain. Then every quote is chased on day 2, 5 and 10, the invoice lands in the thread the customer already has with you, and the review is asked when the job is done.

You are on a roof
A form lead answered tomorrow is half as likely to book as one answered now.
Most leads say yes on the second or third touch. Day 2, 5 and 10, with something useful to say, then it stops.
A Stripe invoice created, finalized and dropped into the thread the customer already has with you.
Email inbox
Happy customers asked at the right moment. Unhappy ones routed to you before they post.
Leave the last job and the next customer gets “20 minutes out” from your number.

Missed call text-back
The phone rings out, the caller gets a text from your number within a minute, and it books the job into the hours you opened.
Quote follow-up
Every quote chased with something useful to say. It stops the moment they answer, never after.
Follow-ups stop as soon as they reply.

Other services it uses
Messaging
Customers text your existing business number and get iMessage replies (blue bubbles on iPhones) from an AI assistant that follows the permissions you set.
Messaging
Set up the way Meta requires, and used only to reply to people who have already written to you.
Ads and leads
What each step of an ad costs and returns — impressions, clicks, leads, booked jobs — and which step the system improves.
Ads and leads
Businesses found in four sources are combined into one record each; the first message is drafted from that record; follow-ups stop when they reply.
Ads and leads
AI makes the images and videos, a person chooses them, and they are uploaded to your ad account switched off until you approve.
Permissions
Customers
If a customer asks, the AI assistant says it is an AI assistant. It passes the conversation to you at the points you set.
Prices and hours
It quotes only prices you approved, books only into hours you marked open, and replies only to the people you chose.
Quotes
A quote with no reply gets a follow-up text on day 2, day 5 and day 10. They stop as soon as the customer replies.
Reviews
A customer who answers with five stars is sent your Google review link. An answer under four stars is sent to you and is not posted anywhere.
Your line
Whether your existing number can be used for iMessage is checked on the first call, and you are told before you commit.
Never
It never texts bought contact lists, never sends mass messages to strangers, and never sends a message without a way to opt out.
What the assistant may read, do, and whom it may answer.
Sent, delivered, read, and what it said, written to the Ledger, which you can read. Message text is not published.

Most numbers on a mobile carrier can. Many hosted VoIP lines and some ported numbers cannot complete Apple's verification. We check on the first call and tell you before you commit. Where it cannot be done, a dedicated line works the same way for everything except the old thread history.
When they ask, yes, and it hands to you the moment it should. Pretending otherwise gets found out on the first visit and costs you the job.
Nothing. Your phone keeps ringing, texting and receiving exactly as before. The registration adds an iMessage identity for the number on hardware we operate; it does not move your number anywhere.
Tell me how many calls you missed last week and how many quotes nobody chased. I’ll tell you what the responder would have done with them.
