    "My preference instead of selling our vineyard (when the time comes)  is to remodel it (right now it's a tear down, selling\n it as is would be a big opportunity lost), turn it into a high end vacation // seasonal rental -- something that could be highly appealing to people who don't want to stay in a hotel downtown, private events, ETC.",
