As promised I spoke with Doyle and Heritage Auction and both houses are interested and available to do an in-person visit to help you parse through all of the items in the house.
After speaking with both, I would suggest Doyle as they also handle stamps while Heritage said they would not. With that in mind, I think Doyle has the potential to be more comprehensive.

There are some number of almost mint (9?) condition Chanel bags, including a vintage Hermès Berkin, (has like one mark on it, but, looks never used) - For most of these pieces I can’t find them on the vintage sites... I also have scarves & belts (new new) and a handmade dress worn to I suppose royal events, and some number of mint (mint mint) condition shoes from the high end designers (no paperwork, but, still have the stuff in them, etc) - They appear modern, amusingly. “Timeless”. I suppose.
There is much more Hermès, mint, in the closets, ties, fragrances, scarves, and the sort. Of course, I have no paperwork, and these people refuse to authenticate things, though, I imagine if you’re interested you all can.
The shoes are all, Kate Spade, Gucci, Prada, etc etc (as expected) - they are mint / classic. Will send some shortly.
Separately, I have, some art, most notably this (Perboyer),
I have some good number of statues, though, it seems most notably Premavera ($6,900).
(15-20 other paintings, I think this is most promising)
Also, have come across an attache case, which has somewhere between 2-4,000 stamps of 100-150 year old age, and we’ve as of now identified about half the worlds countries, as well as, the only ones we could identify, going for $35-110 each[minimum], but, obviously a very complex process to go through, not sure if you even traffic in it. It will, most likely be a very odd collection, as we have found some historically frowned upon stamps as well (they have no internet listing, and, I imagine are only there as a matter of historical curiosities, no odd proportion to them). - The Chanel bags I can’t find comparables of, the tan & black one seems quite gorgeous, and is basically mint, same with the beaded clutch).
Outside of this, I have, a lot more art, of medium value ($2,500-$5,000) & my quest continues for the elusive prizes(podium!!), as the wait continues for the box.
trying to navigate spacial logistics. (This place isn’t I think what you all are used to, but, I imagine the pendant, my suspicion is, will be a rather significant / telling piece. (I have much more Persian jewelry and gold, but, I didn’t deem them worth your while, I can include if you’d like).

I am basically logistically pressed to photograph everything as when I have to move boxes into the main house And not moving anything out I am getting surrounded by this stuff... it was extremely helpful when Mr. Woolley eliminates many of the vases, as then I can move those down to Tier 2, though I still don’t have a Tier 2 candidate and would be very receptive to your recommendations. (Tier 2 auction place near me)

P.S. I separately have a question about the diamond ring, as, it’s disappearance will soon be pursued legally, but, I wonder if your experts may be able to discern anything that might be helpful, its current status doesn’t quite make sense to me (from what I’ve been told of it’s cut, etc.) - as it was stolen from my mother, it’s repossession is more a matter of honor than monetary concern, for me..... though, Sotheby’s help would be appreciated, as, I have no interest in it to possess personally and imagine your buyers do.
