I’m not amused by the idea that I’m simply supposed to let everyone walk, it doesn’t work for me.
She took $200,000 of jewelry, and $15,000 of cash.
That’s, if this place is running properly, 2-3 years of net profit, it’s a huge sum of money which could go towards repairs, upgrades, etc.
I have inherited absolutely no cash, whatsoever, outside of $4,500 I can’t access.
The totality of assets in the house, if $400,000 - After the 40% auction house cut, come out to only slightly more than the $ amount t she’s stolen, this is grossly unacceptable.
You’re continuously saying that I should protect the asset, this place, which is defunct, without that cash.
It’s 7 times the amount I have outstanding to you, that she’s stolen, it’s half the amount my aunt ever dreamed of taking from me, it’s as much as a JR partner at your firm would take home in a year, before tax.
It’s fucking obscene, I’m curious, her myriad heinous acts and crimes on top of this, it has nothing to do with “pride” or “ego”. If it isn’t a clear cut issue of being able to get an affidavit from my mother’s friend, get this cunt to hand this shit over, in tandem with this, then lawyers are fucking useless, I have never imagined something so clear cut.
