Hello Rachel,
Hope you are well.
Just remembered I need to send you my tax returns. Will do so this week.
On another note, wondering if if you could talk to Cyrus Massoumi. His mother owned the Massoumi Vineyard we make one of our Cabernets from. Sadly, she passed away late last year leaving Cyrus the vineyard.
He would like to keep the vineyard but does not have credit. He has had to do a lot of work the renovate the vineyard and doesn’t have much cash to work with. He may be forced to sell the vineyard unless he can get some sort of LOC. He has been turned down by the major banks for a HELOC.
The vineyard sits on 9+ acres and worth around $3MM.
