He wants to see whether we will file an opposition and whether we can structure a deal. Because we are not filing any papers, I will not be able to argue the facts. I will not be able to establish that you do not know the employees, their families, or where they live, and that you promise not to do that research. I expect that our arguments will not be well received, that an order will be granted, and that it will be more burdensome than if we came to an agreement.
