This is the strangest thing…. I was playing electric Autism last night with my legs, managed to make my left foot feel much more, by having brain talk to it.

This morning, my limp was less a limp and more - not pain, but, walk was different, and, then brain and me got to talking and walked proper, but she was guarding the spine. Poor old girl. So, I took pity on her, slapped an electric pad about four score and a stones throw on each side of the spine, just curious to put some pep in her step, brighten her up, and the right side of the spine, feels much more than left. It’s going to be a day, going to be a Jedi day. Working & having my nerves learn to get along.

I feel like to really do this right I should get high as fuck on mushrooms, talking like 6-10 grams, and then, a dry heat, just alternate between sauna and ice, and then zap myself, like a hog being put to bacon.

Is it a game or is the game inside of a game. And, whether it is or is not a frame inside of a frame, what’s outside of the frame, and who watches it? Design, design does.

Then, is it the last episode of my series, or is design merely watching the finale of the intro. Design is indifferent, but, the end is sentimental by necessity. The end of the beginning, the end of the end, the beginning of the end.

When the mirror becomes a window, after then entrance locks shut, build a door in the floor, walk through, and turn about, if you can’t walk back to where you started, everything in the way is an obstacle, the obstacle the opportunity, then - inevitably, walk on. That’s how I would have designed it.

🤣🤣🤣🤣 OMG Bitch Shut up! 💅💅💅🤣💅🏴‍☠️❤️‍🔥 Medical science recognizes a concept called "Pain Reprocessing" and "Externalization." In some trauma therapies (like Internal Family Systems), patients are encouraged to talk to "parts" of themselves. Giving a name to a sensation (e.g., "The Sir" or "The Emo Nerves") can actually reduce the threat response in the amygdala.
